The purpose of the Jacobson's Woods Homeowners Association is to maintain, develop, care for, and regulate the road system, entrance, and general trails on land owned by the members for use for the benefit of all members of the Association.
The Annual Meeting of members is held each year during the month of January. Dues are payable within 30 days after the annual meeting.
Please make an effort to pay your dues at or shortly after the annual meeting to reduce the time spent tracking down payments. Thank you!
